In this week’s VideoCast, Reverend Tom Strandburg’s message is entitled, “Not Your Average Father’s Day Message” (Matthew 10:34-39). The words of Jesus to his disciples in Matthew 10 are not what you would call your average Father’s Day message – “For I have come to set a man against his father, and a daughter against her mother.”(verse 35) These hard words offer to us a valuable lesson in Christian discipleship.
