BLAST into summer with an EXPLOSIVE family experience like you’ve never had before. Mt.Lebanon United Methodist Church is providing families an at-home, parent-led VBS program. Explore the world of science – from building towers to designing boats — while engaging with the Word of God.
This year, the fun isn’t just for the kids! With Faith Lab @ Home, families will spend time to- gether memorizing scripture, watching science-themed devotions, and completing a daily science project.
Join Mt. Lebanon United Methodist Church as we explore science and God’s word in our homes. This five-day, VBS-style, at-home program mixes Biblical truths with hands-on science for a long-lasting reaction. Simple set up, easy to execute, fun for all ages!
WHEN: Monday, July 20 — Friday, July 24 from 9:30 a.m. — 11:30 a.m.

Project Supply List
Project #1 – The Egg Drop Challenge:
1 egg (family supplies) • 4 cotton balls • 2 paper or foam cups • 4 paper clips • 2 feet of masking tape • 4” x 4” cardboard square • 4 rubber bands • 4” x 4” bubble wrap square
Project #2 – Tower of Power
Dry Spaghetti • 1 Bag of Mini Marshmallows • 1 Large Marshmallow
Project #3 – Float Your Boat
Aluminium or tin foil • coins, marbles or rocks (family supplies)
Project #4 – Bridge Building
Straws (at least 100) • Masking Tape
Project #5 – Taking Flight (Paper Airplanes)
Paper Airplanes Printed Front and Back (parents will have the option to download and print these)
