Indoor In-Person Worship Suspended Until Further Notice
In light of Governor Wolf’s new COVID-19 mitigation orders, we have made the decision to once again suspend indoor, in-person corporate worship at MLUMC until further notice. In its place, we will initiate an outdoor worship service at 9:30 a.m., beginning this coming Sunday, July 19th. Online worship resources will continue to be provided. The service will be held in the rear portion of our upper parking lot, with the Wesley Hall patio serving as the platform for the worship leaders. Everyone is asked to bring their own lawn chair for seating. Family groups will be seated at an appropriate physical distance from others. Masks, or other facial coverings, should be worn to the service. A limited number of reserved parking spaces will be available for those who would prefer to view the service from their car. For purposes of contact tracing and crowd size limitations, we ask that everyone RSVP in advance, if you intend to attend this service. You may do so by completing and copying the following information into an e-mail, sent to email@example.com:

Allegheny County currently has a 50 person limit for outdoor events. We will be able to honor your reservations on a first-come, first-served basis until that limit has been reached. Please RSVP as soon as possible. The worship bulletin will be sent to all advance registrants by e-mail. Here is a link to a PDF of the bulletin. Please bring a copy with you to the service.
We look forward to seeing you! Come and meet our new Director of Music, Mr. Mitchell Stecker, who will play as a part of this service.
In case of inclement weather, the outdoor service will be cancelled. All advance registrants will be notified by e-mail of any cancellation. Please remember to check your e-mail before coming to the service
