FORWARD IN FAITH: A VISION GATHERING FOR MLUMCItem Link
SEP 27, 2026 • 9:00 AM • SANCTUARY
Our usual Sunday morning schedule is suspended for this week only and replaced by the following:
- 9:00 a.m. Unity Worship in Sanctuary
- 10:00 a.m. Meal in Asbury Center
- 10:30 a.m. Vision-Casting Experience in Asbury Center
- Noon Dismissal
Prayerfully ponder these questions in advance of the event:
How can our new vision statement explicitly create a space where everyone feels authentically loved and welcomed?
What needs in our community concern you the most at the present time?
If resources were unlimited, what new ministry would you start?
What modern societal "systems of hurt" or local issues is God calling us to confront courageously over the next three to five years?
Who do you believe God is calling us to become as a congregation over the next three to five years?

RUMMAGE SALEItem Link
NOV 7, 2026 • 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM • ASBURY
November 7th Rummage Sale
On Saturday, November 7th, the Missions and Outreach Committee will be hosting our annual Fall Rummage Sale. The sale will run from 9am to 2pm . Proceeds from the sale will go to mission projects and/or social service organizations locally, nationally, and around the world. Over $10,000 was distributed from the June 2026 sale. Hopefully, at least that much will be distributed from the November 7th sale.
To have a successful sale, we need three things - rummage, volunteers, and shoppers. Our immediate priority is rummage - we need it and hope to receive lots of it!
Starting on Thursday, October 1st, you may bring your rummage to the Church and drop it off in the Asbury Center Alcove. If you need help transporting any sizeable items you wish to donate, please call the Church office (412-531-7131). And thank you for your rummage!
