FAITH FOR TODAY2026 FAITH FOR TODAY TOPICS
Faith For Today is our joint Summer Sunday School for adults. It is a speaker-based class with presentations on a new topic each week. This year, Faith for Today will take place at 9:30AM from June 7th until August 30th. You can learn more about each week's topic below.

VBS 2026: JUSTICE BEGINS WITH MEREGISTER HERE List Item 2
JULY 27 -31 • 9:30 A.M. - 12:00 P.M.
VBS 2026 is almost here! This year our focus is on how we work to bring God’s justice to an unjust world. We will play games, make crafts, sing, and even visit the Lebo Fire Station. Each of our Bible stories will teach us a lesson about helping others in need:
- Esther saves her people (Esther 4-8)
- Jesus feeds the 5,000 (Matthew 14)
- Zacchaeus (Luke 19)
- Jesus flips tables in the Temple (John 2)
- The Good Samaritan (Luke 10)
We need your support to have a successful week! To help, please:
- Pray for the children and adults all week long.
- Volunteer, even if for only one day. Contact Kim Rhoton to sign up (krhoton@mlumc.org)
- Donate online or in person to help with the cost of supplies; note that it is for VBS so we route it to the correct fund.
- Share VBS information with anyone you know who has children ages 3 years and up.

FORWARD IN FAITH: A VISION GATHERING FOR MLUMCItem Link

Join us for a special service, meal, and discussion about the new vision statement of MLUMC. We will be hosting one service in the Sanctuary at 9am, followed by a meal and discussion in Asbury Hall. Childcare will be provided. More details to follow.
